Work Description
Responsible for fielding incoming technical support communications and tickets, troubleshooting issues, communicating over the phone, email, live online chat, and resolving help inquiries. The job includes working with customers and internal teams to process incoming customer contacts, triaging customer issues, solving issues and escalating issues.
Working Conditions
They typically work full-time and may work in the evenings and weekends.

- 1 year training program
- 2,000 hours of on-the-job training
- 144 of related instruction

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Employer sponsorship & Wisconsin BAS signed contract
- Able to perform assigned job duties and tasks
